The University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) first diversity strategic plan is being developed by a committee comprised of UMB students, staff, faculty, and administration. As part of the plan development process, the committee will be hosting listening sessions for feedback and discussions with the UMB community. As an extension of the listening sessions, we created this site for interactive feedback and discussions for you to share your ideas, give us feedback, and engage with each other around the listening session questions.
