The Diversity Strategic Plan is a comprehensive, systemic framework to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at UMB.  A diverse, equitable, and inclusive university enriches the educational experience, promotes critical thinking, strengthens our community, and gives the university an intellectual and competitive advantage. In an enriching and supportive environment, we are able to work, live, and fully engage in an increasingly complex and diverse society.
